1. Qué garantiza el Responsable
‍El Responsable garantiza al titular que, al adquirir cualquiera de los planes del curso, recibirá:

- Acceso a las 12 sesiones en vivo programadas durante el curso.
- Grabaciones de cada sesión, disponibles para su consulta posterior.
- Materiales de apoyo y guías correspondientes a los 10 módulos del curso.
- Acompañamiento durante 3 meses, incluyendo entrevistas individuales conforme al plan adquirido.
- Acceso a la comunidad en línea del curso durante la vigencia del programa.

En caso de que, por causas atribuibles al Responsable, alguna sesión en vivo no se lleve a cabo conforme a lo programado, el Responsable se compromete a reponerla o a poner a disposición del titular la grabación correspondiente sin costo adicional.

‍2. Qué no cubre esta garantía
‍El curso "Aprender a comer sin vivir a dieta" es un programa educativo y de acompañamiento en nutrición clínica y alimentación intuitiva, y no constituye un tratamiento médico, psicológico o nutricional individualizado, ni sustituye la atención de un profesional de la salud cuando esta sea necesaria.

- El Responsable no garantiza resultados específicos (como pérdida o mantenimiento de peso, resolución de un trastorno de la conducta alimentaria, o mejoras clínicas particulares), ya que estos dependen de factores individuales, médicos, psicológicos y de la participación activa de cada persona.

- El curso no reemplaza el diagnóstico, tratamiento o seguimiento de un trastorno de la conducta alimentaria u otra condición de salud que requiera atención clínica individual; en dichos casos se recomienda al titular buscar atención profesional específica.

‍3. Problemas técnicos
‍Si el titular experimenta fallas técnicas ajenas a la plataforma del curso (por ejemplo, problemas de conexión propios), estas no son responsabilidad del Responsable; sin embargo, se pondrá a disposición la grabación de la sesión correspondiente para que el titular pueda ponerse al corriente.

‍4. Relación con la Política de Cancelación
‍Las condiciones de reembolso por cancelación de la inscripción se rigen por la Política de Cancelación del curso, y son independientes de lo aquí señalado sobre el contenido y la entrega del programa.
